Landscape Design Solutions
Precast Fencing Systems That Turn Landscape Concepts into Built Reality
If you’re a landscape architect or designer, you are no stranger to challenges with traditional fencing systems. Whether it is limited design flexibility, inconsistent quality or increased waste, the overall efficiency, functionality and longevity of any project is highly dependent upon the materials used.

Precast concrete walls and fence systems offer landscape architects and design professionals a rare combination of aesthetic flexibility, structural performance, and long-term reliability. Manufactured in controlled environments with precision-engineered consistency, precast systems provide the durability of reinforced concrete while supporting the creative freedom required for modern site design.
Each panel and column arrives at the site dimensionally accurate, finish-verified, and ready to install. Whether the project calls for a residential community perimeter, a public-space boundary, a decorative entry feature, or a site separation system, precast fencing delivers the clean lines, authentic textures, and accelerated installation timelines that today’s projects demand.
Common Landscape Fencing Challenges
How Precast Fences & Walls Simplify Complex Landscape Projects
Precast concrete continues to shape modern construction through its combination of strength, efficiency, consistency, and long-term value. From accelerated installation timelines to exceptional durability and design flexibility, the following seven benefits highlight why precast concrete remains a trusted solution across a wide range of residential, commercial, and infrastructure fencing and wall projects.
Design Flexibility
You Specify What the Project Needs.
We Manufacture It.
Every landscape project brings different profile requirements, height specifications, layout conditions, and site geometry. Our manufacturing process handles those variables without sacrificing production standards.
If the project calls for a stone profile, brick profile, block profile, or wood plank profile, panels are manufactured to that surface standard using standardized mold sets and controlled mix designs. The profile is formed into each panel during production, not applied in the field.
Joint definition, surface texture, and relief depth are consistent across every panel in the run. Full profile details are available on the Permacrete and Duracrete product pages.
When a project needs a profile outside the standard range, custom Permacrete mold sets are built to the project's design requirements. Project drawings and surface profile documentation are needed to start the process.
Custom units go through the same production controls as standard runs. Reinforcement is verified, dimensions are checked, and every custom unit is inspected before it ships.
Grade changes, corner conditions, curved alignments, and entry transitions all create layout requirements that a standard system cannot handle without modification.
Panel sizes and column layouts are reviewed before the specification is written, so the system is confirmed to fit the site before production starts. Changes are made at that stage, not after panels arrive on site.
A project that needs both boundary walls and a precast concrete fence system often requires one aesthetic design across the full site. Both our Duracrete and Permacrete product lines are manufactured in the same plant. Surface profiles are coordinated during manufacturing to support a consistent appearance across the site. Color selection is completed during installation, providing additional flexibility for project-specific aesthetic requirements and future maintenance needs.
Landscape Applications
Precast Systems Across Various Project Types
Precast concrete wall and fence systems are specified across a wide range of landscape architecture projects. Our manufacturing process supports a variety of requirements depending on project type.
Factory manufacturing delivers consistent finishes, panel dimensions, and alignment across long residential perimeter wall installations.
Production records, ASTM certifications, and inspection documentation support compliance requirements for public landscape installations.
Manufacturing consistency and documented quality controls help ensure delivered systems match approved commercial project specifications.
Quality-controlled processes ensure durable wall systems that maintain appearance and structural performance with minimal maintenance.
Why American Precast Walls
Why Landscape Professionals Should Choose American Precast Walls
Landscape architects specify wall systems based on finish consistency, dimensional accuracy, documentation requirements, and project performance. When a specification is written, every surface profile, panel dimension, and project requirement becomes a manufacturing responsibility.
Project requirements only matter if they can be produced consistently from specification to installation. American Precast Walls supports that process by aligning production with approved dimensions, surface profiles, and layout requirements to help maintain consistency across the full project run.
