The Warmth of Wood.
The Strength of Concrete.

The Duracrete WoodCast Concrete Fence system combines the natural beauty of timber with the durability and reliability of manufactured, precast concrete. Manufactured in a controlled environment where concrete mix design, reinforcement placement, and curing conditions are carefully managed, each panel and rail ensures consistent quality, accurate dimensions, and dependable performance. Unlike traditional timber fencing, which is prone to rot, termites, and weather damage, Duracrete WoodCast fences offer superior strength and longevity. As a privacy or perimeter fence, the Duracrete WoodCast system offers a durable high-performance alternative to traditional fencing.

The Duracrete WoodCast Fence System

Engineered Panel and Rail Components for Reliable Performance

The Duracrete WoodCast system is a fully integrated precast wood fence system designed to provide structural stability and visual consistency across diverse project requirements. It replicates the texture and grain of natural timber while offering the advantages of engineered precast construction.

Manufacturing & Quality Control

Each precast concrete wood fence component is produced under strict quality-controlled conditions to ensure reliable strength and uniform appearance across all fencing products.

Built to Recognized Industry Standards

WoodCast panels and rails follow Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) and National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) guidelines, using ASTM-tested materials for reliable performance.

Verified Reinforcement for Lasting Strength

Reinforcement placement is carefully inspected before casting, ensuring long-term structural durability and dependable field performance.

Accurate Dimensions for Perfect Alignment

Precision molds maintain consistent dimensions across all precast wood fencing components, supporting smooth and accurate installation.

Controlled Curing for Enhanced Durability

Panels and rails undergo controlled curing processes, improving concrete strength and ensuring consistent surface quality.

Thorough Inspection Before Delivery

Each WoodCast component is carefully inspected before dispatch, confirming dimensional accuracy and high-quality surface finishes.

Documented Production for Quality Assurance

Comprehensive production records provide full traceability, ensuring accountability and consistent quality across all manufactured WoodCast components.

System Components

The Duracrete WoodCast system is manufactured as two distinct configurations to accommodate different project needs: a panel-and-post system and a rail-and-post system.
The panel-and-post system, available as Original WoodCast and Cedar WoodCast fences, consists of precision-cast precast concrete wood fence panels paired with engineered posts. Panels are molded with realistic wood grain textures and consistent dimensions, allowing for efficient installation while maintaining a uniform appearance across long runs. Two optional components are also available for the panel-and-post system: panel caps and post caps. Panel and post caps provide both functional and aesthetic benefits. They help protect from moisture intrusion and weathering - extending an installation’s lifespan - while also enhancing the overall appearance with a finished, polished look.
The rail-and-post system, used for WoodCast Ranch Rail fences, utilizes precast concrete rails installed between structural posts. These rails replicate the look of traditional timber fencing while providing enhanced durability and reduced maintenance, making them well-suited for large-lot communities and open boundary applications.
In both configurations, posts are manufactured to maintain alignment, support component placement, and transfer loads effectively to the foundation. Integrated connection details are designed to securely accommodate either panels or rails within the post framework, ensuring a cohesive, durable fencing system across varying site conditions.

Architectural Finishes

Authentic Wood Textures for Every Setting

The Duracrete WoodCast collection offers a variety of architectural finishes that replicate the warmth and character of natural timber while ensuring consistent manufacturing quality.

The Original WoodCast finish reflects the traditional appearance of timber fencing with realistic wood grain and natural textures. Horizontal planks prominently display organic grain patterns, including distinct knots, grooves, and subtle irregularities.

Cedar WoodCast fence panels offer the warm, natural appearance of cedar fencing but with a vertical orientation. Fine lines and natural patterns mimic the intricate details of cedar timber.

The WoodCast Ranch Rails design replicates the rustic charm of traditional ranch-style fencing. This option is well suited for applications where privacy is not the goal but marking the boundary is important.

A range of color options are available to help you achieve your desired project aesthetics. Rather than immixing color into our panels during production, our installers provide experienced concrete painters to ensure customization and aesthetic flexibility. This approach not only gives you considerably more options, but also simplifies maintenance if a panel is damaged and requires future surface repairs or touch-ups.

The Duracrete WoodCast Advantage

Faster Installation.
Long-Lasting Natural Appeal.

The Duracrete WoodCast Concrete Fence is designed for efficient installation and dependable long-term performance. Structural posts are first installed on engineered foundations, after which the precast wood fence panels or concrete fence rails are placed into position to form a continuous and secure boundary.

On-site checks ensure proper alignment, consistent spacing, and accurate elevation. As a prefabricated concrete wood fence system, installation is faster and more predictable than traditional timber fencing, reducing labor requirements and project timelines.

The system performs exceptionally well in challenging environments, including hot, humid, and storm-prone regions. Unlike conventional wood fencing that may rot, warp, or suffer termite damage, this precast concrete wood fencing solution offers long-term durability with minimal maintenance. These attributes make Duracrete WoodCast an attractive fencing solution as a privacy or perimeter fence for residential communities, community common areas, and public works and utility facilities nestled within communities.
